I returned an item and they will not credit back to my credit card account. They only issue a store credit.
It was returned within 2 weeks of my receiving it. They claim they did not receive it for 6 weeks. That is beyond their store policy of giving anything but a store credit. This is only a $20 dispute.
Shame they would risk losing a customer over $20.
All their customer representatives are "off shore" and there is no one that I spoke with that could do anything except repeat the company policy. This is a most frustrating company to deal with.
